What is HIT, HIT-minutes and HIT points?

HIT stands for High-Intensity Training, and HIT minutes represent the time you spend in high intensity during a workout. HIT points are the points we give you if you are involved in a contest in the app and get HIT-minutes.

For best longevity and quality of life improvements, we recommended accumulating 32 HIT minutes per week. You can achieve that by running, walking, and using a treadmill.

If you pair Myworkout GO with a third-party service (Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Apple Health) or one of the supported heart rate monitors, even more activity types can reward HIT minutes.

If you are participating in a contest, you can notice that HIT minutes reward you four times as many points as regular activity minutes due to their health benefits.
