Myworkout GO can integrate with various external devices (mainly smartwatches and belts), allowing you to track workout data effortlessly. To earn HIT minutes using your device, you must ensure it can track Heart Rate.
- Go to the apps profile
- Select Third-party apps
- Follow the instructions for the device you have
Important notes:
- To make sure your belt (heart rate monitor) is connected, put it on before connecting
- Not all smart watches will provide live update of your heart rate while working out
- Some devices will only give your the feedback on your heart rate during the workout, after the workout is saved in the device and uploaded to Myworkout GO
