Unable to log in or register account
Try these tips if you are unable to log into Myworkout GO on your Android phone. There may be a problem with the data you have entered, the network you are using or the browser you have set as your default browser.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure there are no error messages on the login or registration page.
- Make sure you use the correct email and password if you are trying to log in to an existing account.
- If the reason you are unable to log in is that you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot password" link on the login page.
- Make sure you are properly connected to the internet (Try turning WiFi off/on).
- Make sure you are not behind a restrictive firewall (Often turning off WiFi and using the cellular network instead can work).
- Try changing your default browser to Chrome.
