Unable to log in or register account

Try these tips if you are unable to log into Myworkout GO on your Android phone. There may be a problem with the data you have entered, the network you are using or the browser you have set as your default browser.


  1. Make sure there are no error messages on the login or registration page.
  2. Make sure you use the correct email and password if you are trying to log in to an existing account.
  3. If the reason you are unable to log in is that you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot password" link on the login page.
  4. Make sure you are properly connected to the internet (Try turning WiFi off/on).
  5. Make sure you are not behind a restrictive firewall (Often turning off WiFi and  using the cellular network instead can work).
  6. Try changing your default browser to Chrome.
