The Myworkout GO app is available in Google Play if you have an Android device or the App Store if you have an iOS device.
- Download the app
- Once the app is downloaded, click the Myworkout icon to open the app.
- Complete the form to create an account.
- Log in with your email address and the password you chose.
You can now start training. Myworkout is delivered to both private individuals, fitness centers and companies. As a private individual, you can choose between free or premium membership - Read more here. Do you have membership through your employer - you will be given a link - just push it and you're ready.
