      How to Delete your Myworkout Account

      This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to permanently delete your account from Myworkout and lists the consequences of doing so. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure your account is successfully removed.

      Before You Begin

      Ensure your e-mail account is correct and verified: ll inAll information related to the account deletion process is delivered to you by e-mail. In order to cancel the request for account deletion 


      Understand the Consequences:       Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all the services and features of Myworkout GO, and your data cannot be recovered.

      Steps to Delete Your Account

      1. Open the App: Launch Myworkout GO on your device.
      2. Access Profile: Navigate to the "Profile" section of the app. This is found in the menu with the user icon.
      3. Access your Profile Details: Navigate to your Profile Details by tapping on the card with your name and e-mail address.
      4. Request Account Deletion: Use the "Delete Account" button to initiate the deletion request.
      5. Verify Your Identity: You may be required to verify your identity for security purposes. This includes entering your password, which is a security measure to ensure that nobody with access to your device can schedule a deletion. After typing in the password, tap the "Delete Account" button which will schedule the account to be deleted within 14 days.

      What Happens After Account Deletion?

      When you request to delete your account the account will be scheduled for final deletion in 14 days. You will be informed about this by e-mail to the address on your account. In the e-mail there is a link to cancel the account deletion process which has to be done before the account is finally deleted.

      Once your account has been deleted we are not able to restore your account and your data as they are deleted or anonymised according to our Privacy Policy.
